Q1: Are you factory?

A1: Yes, we are factory. Our factory founded in 2002.

Q2: Do you present free sample?

A2: We are honored to offer samples to you. Usually, Samples are free. The freight cost should be collected by customer. If sample quantity is more than two, we shall collect extra cost.

Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A3: It will be ready for 3-7 working days.

Q4: What is your payment term?

A4: 30% TT in advance, the balance payment 70% against copy of B/L or LC at sight.

Q5: What about the lead time for mass production?

A5: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 45 days. We suggest you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
